Can you ever actually be ready?

Now that I have hit my third trimester, I am trying to get "ready" to welcome our FOURTH child! I still can't quite wrap my brain around the fact that we are going to have 4 kids.
There are so many things that we have gotten rid of, or that just plain wore out after being used for the first three. And don't get me started on things that are either recent inventions, or that I didn't know about before!
So, in an attempt to get myself a little more organized, I am making a list here of the things I need and want for this little guy! If you see any good sales or giveaways for any of these things, let me know!!

Newborn sized diapers- I have some, but not enough to get me through his first couple months. At this point, I will be washing them every 12 hours!
(I need pins and covers/fleece for some of the ones I already have)

Stroller- I only have a crappy umbrella stroller that was free at Babies R Us at this point and it isn't for babies that can't sit up on their own.

Teethers- while the girls weren't a huge fan of them, I would feel like I was being remiss in not having them around for the new guy. They are hugely popular for a reason, there is a good chance that ONE of my kids will find them appealing!

Car seat- new kid, new car seat!

So, that is not too bad for the things that we need.

Now, for the things that I want:

A Mamaroo- only the COOLEST "bouncy seat" ever created. check them out at 4moms.com! I will probably need a giveaway to get this one, since I cannot really justify spending close to $200 on a seat for him when I have a swing that I bought for Maddie... it is SO much cooler than the swing though, and so innovative!

Aden and Anais blankets- I have a few of these that I got when Maddie was a few months old, and they are, by far, the best blankets I have ever bought. Unfortunately, their price reflects how awesome they are... I would love to get at least 4 more of these so that I am not washing them constantly.

So, that is my list... not too bad, right?
